What is PVC Cement?
PVC cement is also known as solvent cement. It is an adhesive material and is used to join two pieces of PVC. It joins PVC pieces by melting similar to what a welder does. PVC cement is specially formulated for schedule 40 and schedule 80 PVC pipes.
