The Union Government will create a separate Ministry for promoting entrepreneurship and skill development which will look after promoting entrepreneurship and skill development would be created. Even developed countries have accorded priority to promoting skilled manpower

Nearly 65 per cent population of the country is below 35 years of age and promotion of skill development will provide ample job opportunities to educated unemployed youth not only in India but abroad as well.
